BOOK ONLINE

Visit my online booking link to find a time that works best for your schedule. Note that new color bookings are typically 4-6 weeks out.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Collect Pinterest inspo, reflect on hair color & haircuts you’ve loved or hated & take note of the past two years of your hair history — I want to see & know it all!
Lastly, please review my policies & procedures & reach out in advance with any questions you may have.

  • I work at a beautiful salon, Smith + Simms, conveniently located in Des Peres. There are two locations so double check you have the correct address before you let Maps lead the way.

    There is typically ample parking except around the lunch hour because of a cafe’s lunch rush, so just give yourself a couple extra minutes to find a spot.

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards, contactless payments and cash. To know more about the cost of your individual service, please request a consultation in advance.

    Smith + Simms has an a-la-carte pricing menu but I would not consider myself an a-la-carte provider. I will always do what I know is required in order to achieve the look we agreed upon in advance. In the service menu I have tried my best to accurately predict typical service prices with all add-ons factored in.

  • CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

    I appreciate a 48-hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone on my waitlist. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment a fee equal to 50% of your service will be required before rebooking your appointment. If you no-show without notice for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service price.

    New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.

    If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible by calling the salon at (314) 966-7709. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you - however, some aspects of your appointment may be adjusted.

    If you are more than 30 mins late I will accept this as a last-minute cancellation and you will be charged for the full value of your scheduled service.

    ADJUSTMENTS AND REFUNDS:

    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 14 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.
